GamingCenter Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to GamingCenter, including the website, member dashboard, partner tools, Discord-linked workflows, wallet features, and marketplace booking flow available through gamingcenter.gg.

GamingCenter operates a digital marketplace for gaming sessions, coaching, creator experiences, and similar online services. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, GamingCenter provides the platform and payment flow while the booked session is delivered by the relevant partner or creator.

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use GamingCenter only for lawful, platform-approved activity.

GamingCenter is intended only for users who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with parent or guardian involvement.

GamingCenter may suspend or restrict accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, harassment, repeated payment failures, evasion of enforcement measures, or other policy violations.

Bookings are confirmed only after successful checkout. Partners must describe services honestly, including price, scope, duration, and availability, and buyers must review those details before purchase.

GamingCenter may correct obvious pricing or technical errors, refuse suspicious transactions, and hold, remit, reverse, or refund payments where required for fraud prevention, platform operations, or legal compliance.

Refunds, cancellations, no-shows, chargebacks, and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where a booked digital service begins within the statutory withdrawal period, GamingCenter may ask the user to confirm immediate processing or performance to the extent allowed by applicable consumer law.

Users may not harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others; use inappropriate, abusive, obscene, or offensive language; publish illegal or hateful content; or interfere with platform systems or accounts.

Racism, racial slurs, racist remarks, hate speech, gambling, betting, wagering, skin betting, and similar high-risk or unlawful activity are strictly prohibited across the website, bookings, messages, and Discord-linked community spaces.

GamingCenter may remove content, cancel bookings, freeze payouts, reverse XP, restrict features, or suspend accounts where there is evidence of fraud, same-user farming, harassment, refund abuse, gambling misuse, or other rule violations.

Severe cases involving racism, hate speech, threats, or unlawful gambling activity may lead to immediate suspension or permanent removal where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the user country apply. For business users, Tallinn, Estonia is the agreed venue where legally permissible.
