1. Operator, scope and platform role

GamingCenter.gg is operated by GamingCenter OÜ, a private limited company registered in the Estonian e-Business Register under registry code 17623751, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia ("GamingCenter", "we"). These Terms apply from 23 October 2026 to every use of the website, dashboards and Discord-linked marketplace services.

GamingCenter is an online marketplace where users find and book gaming sessions, coaching, creator experiences and similar online services offered by independent partners. The partner named in an offer is the provider of that session and may be a professional seller or a private individual. GamingCenter operates the platform and arranges discovery, booking, payment processing and marketplace support. The partner is responsible for accurately describing and supplying the session.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use GamingCenter only for lawful, platform-approved activity.

GamingCenter is intended only for users who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with parent or guardian involvement.

GamingCenter may suspend or restrict accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, harassment, repeated payment failures, evasion of enforcement measures, or other policy violations.

3. Bookings, prices, and payments

Prices are shown in EUR; any local-currency figure is an estimate only. Submitting an order and recording payment do not mean the partner has accepted the reservation. The reservation is confirmed only when the identified partner accepts it; payment receipt and partner confirmation are separate notices. If the partner declines or cancels, the cancellation and refund process below applies. Profiles marked as preview or in discussion cannot be booked.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal using the methods offered at checkout, or with GC Coins where available. GC Pass subscriptions currently use the recurring Stripe checkout shown on the plan page. Users must not pay a partner for a platform booking outside GamingCenter.

Before payment, the order summary separately displays the independent partner's session subtotal, the GamingCenter buyer service fee, any applicable taxes and the final total. The standard buyer service fee is 5% of the discounted session subtotal, subject to a minimum of EUR 0.49 and a maximum of EUR 4.99 per paid booking. A current GC Pass may reduce that fee according to the benefit shown before payment, but every paid booking retains a minimum GamingCenter buyer service fee of EUR 0.49. No fee is charged when the session subtotal is zero.

The buyer service fee is paid to GamingCenter for marketplace discovery, reservation administration, payment processing and marketplace support. It is not partner earnings. Partner commission, partner payout and partner tax responsibility are calculated without the GamingCenter buyer service fee. The exact fee and final total are shown before the buyer confirms payment; GamingCenter does not add a hidden fee after confirmation.

Three-session and five-session packs are advance purchases tied to the named partner, named standard one-seat offer and the account that buys the pack. The displayed pack price freezes the discounted session subtotal and GamingCenter buyer service fee for each included right. Each eligible booking uses one right; remaining rights and any stated expiry are shown in the buyer account.

A GamingCenter gift card is prepaid EUR value for eligible GamingCenter bookings. A secure code must be claimed into a GamingCenter account before use. The account shows the remaining value and any stated expiry. Gift-card value is not partner earnings until it is used for a booking and does not by itself guarantee availability or partner acceptance.

Partners must describe services honestly, including price, scope, duration and availability, and buyers must review those details before purchase. Before checkout, GamingCenter displays the partner's verified seller-status declaration and contact details. If the partner declares that they are not acting as a trader, EU consumer rights that apply to contracts with traders may not apply to that contract. GamingCenter's marketplace support and the commercial protections in the accepted booking terms remain available.

GamingCenter may correct obvious pricing or technical errors, refuse suspicious transactions, and hold, remit, reverse or refund payments where required for fraud prevention, platform operations or legal compliance.

4. Partner earnings and payouts

Partner earnings are paid out to an account in the partner's own name through Stripe Connect, Wise, PayPal or bank transfer, depending on the partner's country and the method GamingCenter has verified for that partner.

Before the first payout, partners complete identity and payout-account verification. Earnings may be held until verification is complete or while a dispute, chargeback or rule review is open. Payout schedule, minimums and fees are set out in the Partner Agreement and the Partner Hub.

5. Refunds, cancellations, and consumer rights

Refunds, cancellations, no-shows, chargebacks, and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For a service contract with an applicable statutory withdrawal period, the buyer must expressly request performance to begin during that period. Starting a service does not by itself remove the withdrawal right. The conditions for any proportionate payment and for loss of that right after full performance are explained in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Platform conduct and prohibited activity

Users may not harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others; use inappropriate, abusive, obscene, or offensive language; publish illegal or hateful content; or interfere with platform systems or accounts.

Racism, racial slurs, racist remarks, hate speech, gambling, betting, wagering, skin betting, and similar high-risk or unlawful activity are strictly prohibited across the website, bookings, messages, and Discord-linked community spaces.

Account sharing, credential sharing, playing on another user's account to raise their rank, match manipulation, cheating, guaranteed-rank promises, and activity that breaches a game publisher or platform rule are prohibited.

Users under 18 must not be moved into undisclosed off-platform private contact. Guardian involvement may be required for paid or private sessions where applicable.

7. Moderation and enforcement

GamingCenter may remove content, cancel bookings, freeze payouts, reverse XP, restrict features, or suspend accounts where there is evidence of fraud, same-user farming, harassment, refund abuse, gambling misuse, or other rule violations.

Severe cases involving racism, hate speech, threats, or unlawful gambling activity may lead to immediate suspension or permanent removal where permitted by law.

8. Liability, governing law and contact

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. Other disputes are heard by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn.
